VARA assesses complaints concerning potential contraventions of VARA’s regulations and rulebooks. VARA also assesses complaints of potential misconduct or suspicious activity by VARA-licensed VASPs, or other activities that may cause damage to VARA’s reputation.

If you have a complaint about a Virtual Asset Service Provider or if you have information that you wish to provide about unauthorised virtual asset activity, including any suspicious activity involving virtual assets, please provide details in the form below.
VARA’s regulatory remit covers virtual assets and related services in the emirate of Dubai, excluding Dubai International Financial Centre. If you have been the victim of fraudulent activity, your complaint or matter may fall outside VARA’s regulatory remit. You should also consider ﬁling a consumer complaint or contacting the nearest police station for further action.
