وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الموافقة المبدئية تصدر للمتقدمين كخطوة مشروطة ضمن إجراءات الترخيص وتسمح لهم باستكمال المتطلبات النهائية اللازمة للحصول على ترخيص مقدم خدمات الأصول الافتراضية.
علماً بأنه يحظر على المتقدمين الذين لديهم موافقة مبدئية بدء عملياتهم التشغيلية أو القيام بأية أنشطة تتعلق بالأصول الافتراضية أو خدمة العملاء قبل حصولهم على ترخيص كامل من السلطة.
